The center for GKG's year-round operations in a two-storey building. On the upper floor of the building there is a golfers' reception and golf shop, as well as restaurant and social facilities and offices. On the ground floor of the building there are indoor facilities for golfers in 16 golf simulators and in the putt and fan area. There is also a front desk, restaurant facilities, golf shop and dressing room.
