About ASK architects

Arkitektar Skógarhlíð ehf was founded at the beginning of 1999 and took over the operation of older companies that had been owned by Árni Friðriksson, Páll Gunnlaugsson and Valdimar Harðarson since 1980. In February 2005, Arcus ehf and Arkitektar merged with Skógarhlíð ehf under the name ASK arkitektar ehf.

ASK Architects is a comprehensive architectural firm dealing with traditional architectural and interior architectural projects, such as. design of new buildings, redesign of existing buildings, design of furniture, planning of existing urban and new construction areas, design management etc.

In recent years the firm's staff has been around 15-25 people and temporarily more depending on projects.

The firm has therefore been ranked among the largest architectural firms in Iceland that have been growing over the past decade.
